I love your coffee! It is smooth and no matter how strong I make it, there is no bitterness. I don't like microwaving a cold cup of coffee, but your coffee doesn't lose its flavor. So now I don't throw any cold coffee out.  I have recommended North Star Fine Coffees to others, and intend to send it as gifts across the country. Thanks for a quality product that warms me on a rainy Seattle day.

I have only tried the Seattle Reign and L'Chaim! -- both are exceptional but my personal preference is Seattle Reign.

Seattle Sounders FC were not doing so great in home games at the beginning of this season, then ... I bought a pound of Kick Coffee.  I started having it every morning and not only is it a fantastic, rich brew that kicks my day into gear but the Sounders started winning home games!  Call me superstitious but as long as they continue winning games I am going to continue starting my morning with Kick Coffee from North Star Fine Coffees.

When I ordered the Kick Coffee (Medium Dark Roast), I was skeptical about trying a new brand of coffee, but I wanted to try something new.  I love coffee and the taste has to be rich, smooth, not acidic, enjoyable and of course great tasting. The drink of my choice every morning is an Americano, no room, because I like my coffee strong. I am very picky about my coffee. To me and my friends, we have made drinking coffee a social event. Many times it is our only chance to get out of the office and catch up on each others' lives or get away to clear our minds.
 
My experience with your coffee blend was that I am able to drink your coffee without putting anything into my coffee to mask the taste. The coffee that I brew at home is usually tart and acidic and I have to put milk and Splenda in it to make it taste right. With North Star Fine Coffees, I don't have to do that. The flavor is rich and smooth and perfect! I would recommend this to all my friends who are considered "Starbucks snobs."

I have the America’s Cup opened right now, and I can honestly say it is the best coffee I have ever had. It is extremely smooth, for as dark and rich as it presses to be. Now I like a strong cup of coffee, so I tend to add a little more than most, but even when I went less than normal it was great. I actually pulled a double shot of it this morning in my espresso machine, and it is even better as espresso. Needless to say I will be contacting you in the future for a reorder, as I think I am hooked now.

We usually taste coffee with our mouth (I guess you’d say with our tongue, and of course the nose), we taste this [Kick] Coffee “all over” our mouth. I guess I could say “it feels good going down” in addition to merely “tasting” good.
